The Governor is going to release her budget in the first week of December.  Whether or not she funds early care and education programs will have a big impact on early care and education and on the statewide early learning plan that parents worked so hard to influence last week. We can't let her forget that in a tough economy, early learning matters more than ever. Families are in crisis and many childcare workers don't make a living wage.
